Max Ephron Bernstein was born on November 16, 1979, into a family of accomplished writers and journalists. He’s the younger son of legendary screenwriter and director Nora Ephron and renowned journalist Carl Bernstein.
His mother, Nora Ephron, was the brilliant mind behind iconic romantic comedies like “When Harry Met Sally,” “Sleepless in Seattle,” and “You’ve Got Mail.” Sadly, she passed away on June 26, 2012, leaving behind a remarkable legacy in Hollywood.
