Instead of pursuing acting, Lily discovered her passion for country and roots music. She performs regularly with Kevin Costner & Modern West and has released multiple singles, including “Love Like Thieves” and “Songs from Horizon” in 2024 and 2025. Her father has publicly praised her immense talent. “She’s really gifted,” Kevin told reporters. “Lily’s way is not to knock doors down.”
Joe Costner, 37
Born January 31, 1988, Joe is the youngest of Kevin’s children with Cindy Silva. He attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where he earned a degree in history before pivoting to his true passion.
Joe chose the soundboard over the spotlight. He founded Spartan Recording in 2016 and works as a production sound mixer while fronting a rock band called Dudley.
Liam Costner, 29
Liam Timothy Costner was born on November 15, 1996, to Bridget Rooney, a Pittsburgh Steelers heiress. His early story is perhaps the most complicated of all Kevin’s children. The actor initially questioned paternity, but a DNA test in 2002, when Liam was six, confirmed Kevin was indeed his father.
Raised primarily in Palm Beach, Florida, by Bridget and her billionaire husband Bill Koch (whom she married in 2005), Liam has chosen a path of privacy. He works as a luxury real estate agent for Frankel Bell Group in Palm Beach County and maintains zero social media presence.
The relationship between Liam and Kevin remains cordial but not particularly close. At 16, Hayes is Kevin’s middle child, born to Christine. He made his acting debut in his father’s passion project “Horizon: An American Saga” (2024), playing Nathaniel Kittredge. Kevin even named the film’s main character Hayes Ellison after his son. “I was watching him grow up and I was thinking, ‘Man, I better get with it and make this movie,'” Kevin explained.

Grace Avery Costner, 15
Grace, who turned 15 in June 2025, is Kevin’s youngest child and only daughter with Christine. Her father describes her as his “girly girl” who loves sewing and dancing, but also isn’t afraid to join her brothers for backyard sports.
In August 2023, during the height of his divorce proceedings, Kevin took Grace to Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour at SoFi Stadium. The six-hour father-daughter outing became a cherished memory. “I’m officially a Swiftie!” he posted afterwards.
Kevin has been refreshingly honest about the challenges of raising seven children across different relationships. “As [my] children interact together, there’s always this little bit of, ‘Do you care for us now as much as you do them?'” he acknowledged. “You have to talk about how big love is.
