Ayanna Chapman was born to her parents, Lydia Chapman and Eddie Chapman, on February 22, 1999, in Camden, New Jersey. She has three siblings: Kewanee, Alycia, and Kayla. She attended Salem High School in Salem, New Jersey, where she played in the high school’s field hockey team as a Back/Midfielder.
She played under head coach Donna O’Leary and contributed significantly to the team’s success.
