The Kendall Central School District is mourning the death of elementary school teacher Amy Laureano. The Superintendent of Schools, Kendall Central School District, Nicholas Picardo, announced the loss on Twitter/X.
Amy E. Laureano was born in 1980 into the Christian family of Craig (Ellen) Parmele. She was a Kendall Elementary school teacher and she’s fondly called Miss Parmele by her pupils. She was married to Coach Justin Laureano and has three children, Easton, Kaeden, and Janelle.
She died on July 30, 2023, in New York, aged 43, surrounded by her family members. The cause of her death was not revealed.
Her funeral is conducted by Fowler Funeral Home, Inc. and donations are to be made to the Kendall Central School District for the Amy Laureano Scholarship Fund.
Amy’s family will receive friends on Friday, August 4, 2023, from 4 – 7 pm at Fowler Funeral Home, Inc. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at Brockport Free Methodist Church, 6787 4th Section Rd, Brockport.
