From a self-taught seamstress to an NFL-licensed fashion mogul, Kristin Juszczyk has made an impact in the world of sports fashion in her own unique way. She is best known for creating viral NFL-themed clothing worn by celebrities like Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes. With that influence, she has built an empire from upcycled jerseys and old t-shirts.

Biography

Kristin Arceri was born on 11th February 1994 in Massapequa, New York, on Long Island. Growing up as one of three siblings, Kristin discovered her passion for creativity early on, spending countless hours crocheting with her grandmother whilst watching programmes like ‘Wheel of Fortune’ in the early evenings.

After graduating from Massapequa High School in 2012, Kristin initially enrolled at the University of Rhode Island before transferring to Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland. She completed her business degree in 2016.

Kristin’s career in fashion design began organically during her university years. With no formal training in fashion design, she became entirely self-taught, crediting YouTube videos as her primary learning source.

“I bought a sewing machine for myself, then learnt how to use it all from watching YouTube,” she explained in interviews. Her first major project? A pair of sweatpants for one of Kyle’s games, which sparked her passion for creating unique game-day wear.

Career

Before becoming a fashion sensation, Kristin initially pursued a career in real estate after obtaining her license in Maryland. However, when Kyle was traded to the San Francisco 49ers in 2017, everything changed. The cross-country move prompted her to reassess her career goals entirely.

“I looked in the mirror and said to myself: ‘What is it that you would like to do?'” she reflected during an interview with Niners Nation in 2021. This moment of introspection led her to abandon real estate and fully embrace her creative side.

In 2018, Kristin launched her first clothing line, Origin, focusing on unique pieces that couldn’t be found elsewhere. “Don’t shop from Origin if all you need is just a white T-shirt and some leggings,” she told customers. “You want that one item that makes people ask, ‘Oh my god, where did you get that?'”

However, it was during the 2023-24 NFL season that Kristin’s career truly took off with the launch of Designs By Kristin. Her approach, which was transforming old t-shirts, jerseys, and even footballs into stunning custom designs, caught the attention of celebrities and NFL wives alike.

January 2024 marked a peak moment in Kristin’s career. When she gifted custom puffer coats featuring their partners’ jersey details to Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes, the designs went viral overnight. Taylor Swift wearing Kristin’s custom Travis Kelce-themed jacket to a Kansas City Chiefs game propelled the designer into the global spotlight.

This viral moment led to something unprecedented: the NFL granted Kristin an official licensing deal, allowing her to legally use league logos on her products for the first time in the organisation’s history.

In 2025, Kristin took her success to the next level by partnering with British entrepreneur Emma Grede (co-founder of Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS brand) to launch Off Season. The brand, operated by Fanatics, Inc. and officially licensed by the NFL, initially featured merchandise for five teams: the 49ers, Philadelphia Eagles, Kansas City Chiefs, Buffalo Bills, and Detroit Lions.

The brand has continued expanding, recently adding the Green Bay Packers (valued at approximately $5.6 billion) to its portfolio. “For years, I’ve been reimagining what team pride can look like,” Kristin shared with Essence in January 2025. “Seeing the incredible response showed me this could be something bigger.”

Personal Life

Kristin’s love story began in 2014 when she met Kyle Juszczyk, then a Baltimore Ravens fullback, whilst she was completing her studies at Towson University. The couple went public with their relationship in 2015, and their bond only strengthened over time.

In 2017, Kyle proposed during a romantic beachside moment. Kristin shared her excitement on Instagram: “I’M ENGAGED! I truly cannot feel any more love than I do at this moment, but it actually feels like a dream.”

The couple tied the knot on 6th July 2019, in a beautiful ceremony in upstate New York, attended by several of Kyle’s 49ers teammates. Kyle’s heartfelt Instagram post following their wedding perfectly captured their relationship: “Now I am a husband to the most beautiful wife — inside and outside!”

Net Worth

Whilst exact figures vary across sources, Kristin Juszczyk’s estimated net worth ranges between $1 and $3 million. Her income streams include:

  • Off-Season brand (partnership with Emma Grede and Fanatics)
  • Custom design commissions from celebrities and NFL families
  • NFL licensing deals and merchandise sales
  • Social media partnerships and collaborations

Kyle Juszczyk, with his successful 11-year NFL career spanning the Baltimore Ravens and San Francisco 49ers, has an estimated net worth of $5 million. Together, the couple’s combined wealth is estimated at $6-8 million.

Kristin hasn’t limited herself to NFL designs alone. In April 2024, she showcased custom basketball-themed outfits for a Lakers vs Warriors game, captioning her Instagram post: “Lakers are purple, Warriors are blue… had to make custom outfits for my Off Season crew.”

Kristin has collaborated with various brands and initiatives, including working with former NFL quarterback Drew Brees and Verizon for their small business initiative.
