Dormer attended Chiltern Edge Secondary School and later went to Reading Blue Coat School.
At Reading Blue School, she experienced bullying due to the structure of the school. Reading Blue was an all-boys school that only took in girls in the sixth form, and because of this, Natalie experienced a lot of bullying.
This made her work hard in her studies. Soon, she became a straight-A student and was made the Head Girl while in school. She maintained good grades and yet participated in extra-curricular activities such as Netball. Her skills led her to become the Vice-captain of her school’s Netball team.
