On May 18, 1948, Olivia Trinidad Arias, later known as Olivia Harrison, was born in Los Angeles, California. Her grandparents were born in Guanajuato, Mexico, and later moved to California.
Olivia’s mother, Mary Louise, was a seamstress, and her father, Zeke, worked as a dry cleaner. Mexican films and music were a common childhood entertainment for Harrison, her siblings Louise and Peter, and their guitarist and singer father.
After the family moved to Hawthorne, California, Olivia attended Hawthorne High School.
Olivia Harrison graduated from Hawthorne High School with a high school diploma.
