Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Jalen Ramsey has successfully offloaded his luxury Nashville condominium for $3.75 million, closing the deal just 11 days after listing the property. The swift transaction netted the NFL star a substantial $1.6 million profit on a residence he purchased in 2019 for $2.15 million.
The four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom unit spans 3,323 square feet in the prestigious Poston at the Park complex, a boutique seven-story luxury building in Nashville’s Midtown neighbourhood. The property sits near Centennial Park and Vanderbilt University, placing it at the heart of the city’s West End corridor with convenient access to Nashville’s dining, shopping, and entertainment districts.
The real estate transaction comes on the heels of a major career development for Ramsey, who was traded from the Miami Dolphins to the Pittsburgh Steelers in late June 2025. The blockbuster deal that sent him to Pittsburgh also included a $1.5 million salary increase, elevating his total 2025 compensation to $26.6 million.
Pittsburgh acquired Ramsey and tight end Jonnu Smith, along with a 2027 seventh-round pick, in exchange for All-Pro safety Minkah Fitzpatrick and a 2027 fifth-round selection. The Steelers are committed to bolstering their defensive backfield as they aim to end an eight-year playoff victory drought. Ramsey joins an increasingly formidable defensive unit that also includes veteran cornerback Darius Slay and rising star Joey Porter Jr.
The sold condominium has contemporary luxury throughout its expansive layout. Floor-to-ceiling windows dominate the main living areas, flooding the space with natural light while offering sweeping views of Nashville’s skyline. Multiple private balconies extend from various points within the residence, maximising the dramatic cityscape vistas.
The interior features dark hardwood flooring, a chef’s kitchen with a central island and bar seating, sleek cabinetry, and a stone-tile backsplash. A secondary entertainment lounge includes a billiards table.
The Poston at the Park complex, completed in 2017, contains just 27 luxury units and has established itself as one of Nashville’s premier condominium addresses. Building amenities include a rooftop area with grilling facilities and a ground-floor pool.
The $3.75 million closing price is a significant milestone for the Poston complex, coming in more than 40 per cent above comparable sales within the building.
The buyer is reportedly based in London, and it shows the growing international interest in Nashville real estate, driven by the city’s favourable tax environment, robust entertainment industry, and high quality of life.
Ramsey, a Tennessee native from Smyrna, has maintained an active real estate portfolio throughout his NFL career. Before divesting the Nashville property, he owned a sprawling 10,100-square-foot estate in Hidden Hills, California, which he purchased from comedian Howie Mandel in 2020 for $9.5 million.
That seven-bedroom property featured extensive amenities, including a home theatre, sauna, basketball court, swimming pool, and guest house. Ramsey listed the Hidden Hills mansion for nearly $14 million in 2023 following his trade to Miami.
More recently, amid trade speculation earlier this year, Ramsey purchased a home in Fort Worth, Texas, located approximately 45 minutes from the Dallas Cowboys’ facilities. That transaction, completed in May 2025, fueled rumours of a potential Dallas trade before he ultimately landed in Pittsburgh.
With a reported net worth of $70 million, Ramsey ranks among the wealthiest defensive backs in NFL history. His current contract situation with Pittsburgh remains favourable, as the team absorbs most of his 2025 salary, while the Dolphins pay $7 million of his compensation as part of the trade agreement.
