How Dymin Hayes Met Lance Lynn
Dymin revealed everything in her blog post. She shared how her mom, Missy Bittle, is known for frequently going out with her girlfriends, enjoying a few Michelobs, and enthusiastically telling 20-something-year-old bartenders all about her single daughter.
Dymin’s mom introduced Dymin and Lance in January 2017. Missy set up a meeting for them after she met Lance at Walt’s Pizza. At that time, Dymin was 34 years old and initially hesitant about the setup, but her mom encouraged her to give it a chance.
Their first meeting was for dinner at the Wheel House in St. Louis, just before a Red Hot Chili Peppers concert. Although Dymin was an hour late and things didn’t start smoothly, they found each other appealing as the night went on. Interestingly, the night ended without even a hug goodbye. Despite Dymin’s doubts because Lance was leaving for spring training in two days, they continued to connect through phone calls and texts, leading to more dates. At some point, Lance’s baseball career temporarily separated the couple for four months.
However, their relationship grew stronger over time. Dymin began posting pictures of Lance on her Instagram more frequently, and they were seen together alongside other Cardinals couples at Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre St. Louis in August 2017.
Eventually, Dymin moved in with Lance, and a year later, on August 25, 2018, she happily announced that she was pregnant with their first child, Lively Michael Lynn.
A month later, in September 2018, Dymin and Lance announced their engagement, and Dymin’s mother couldn’t be any happier as she had played a significant role in bringing them together. She was thrilled that it had led to marriage.

Holy S#!t?!~* One year of marriage.. and what a year it has been. We went from our regular (hectic) lives to being cooped up with each other 24/7 for four straight months to then being totally apart for three months, THEN having a BABY when you returned, THEN moving to a different state two weeks after that and THEN shortly after being traded to a brand new team. AND WE STILL LIKE EACH OTHER!!! Here, here! ???? We’ve learned a lot about each other this year (like Lance’s serial killer trait is putting the Mac-n-cheese noodles in the water without boiling it first), and I’m even more confident now than I was a year ago that I’ve chosen the absolute best life partner. So, to the best husband I’ve ever had, HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! ????I love you. & if we didn’t have so many damn kids, I’d say let’s have another.
