Moosa Mostafa Biography
Moosa Mostafa was born on February 22, 2009, in Warwickshire, England, to his mother, Mrs. Rima Mostafa. He was raised in a supportive environment and developed a passion for performing at an early age. Proudly British, Moosa resides with his family in Warwickshire, where he attends Warwick School. Despite his booming acting career, he remains dedicated to his education.
His education remains his top priority, and his parents fully support him. They have maintained strong opinions about ensuring Moosa finishes his education even as his movie career gathers momentum.
Ultimately his life has changed since he appeared on the Wednesday TV series. Moosa revealed during an Interview with BBC that he could not walk around Royal Leamington Spa without someone recognizing him from Wednesday and wanting to take a picture or say Hi.
Moosa’s career in the film industry began in 2018 with a movie role as a member of St. Bernadette’s Class in “Nativity Rocks!”. While this role may have been small, it marked the beginning of a journey that would take him to new heights. The turning point in Moosa’s career came in 2022 when he landed the role of Nas in the Netflix sci-fi adventure series “The Last Bus.” His depiction of an intelligent but socially awkward character resonated with movie viewers and critics alike, putting him on the path to more movie roles.
In the Netflix series “Wednesday,” Moosa played the role of Eugene Ottinger, the president of Nevermore’s Hummers (Nevermore Academy’s Beekeeping club). He became a close ally with the “unfriendly” Wednesday. They worked together to identify the monster that threatened Jericho, Vermont. He almost lost his life in Episode 4, Season 1, after the beast attacked him, but fortunately, Eugene did not die but ended up in a coma. Eugene was seen with Wednesday once again in the eighth episode, A Murder of Woes when he awakens from his coma.
Moosa’s outstanding performance in the series was recognized even as he featured alongside co-stars such as Christina Ricci and Catherine Zeta-Jones.
The Artists Partnership, a talent agency based in London, England, known for working with some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry, such as Adam Silver, AI Weaver, and Adrian Rawlins, also manages Moosa Mostafa.
Moosa is not known to be in a relationship with anyone. He enjoys spending with family and close friends. The speculation that he is gay results from his assertion that there is no “Patriarchy” in the beehive while playing Eugene Ottigner. Moosa has not come out to clear the air about his sexuality, and we cannot speak for him, so wait till he comes out with it. He is focused on his education and movie career and would want his relationship to be away from the public. At least until we find out, 😉.
If you observed in the Wednesday TV series, Moosa was a bit plump from March 2021 to September 2022 when the movie was shot, but currently, he looks slender. My point? His physical attributes are bound to change as he advances in age. However, he is approximately 137cm or 4’5″ tall. Nevertheless, his small stature adds a unique charm and appeal to his on-screen presence. His black hair and eyes complement his petite size, enhancing his youthful and energetic appearance.
Moosa’s net worth is unknown, but based on his movie feature, it could be in the thousands. The exact amount remains undisclosed as he maintains a low profile and focuses on growing his career. His earnings from his role in “Wednesday” was not revealed either. But it’s worth noting that Wednesday co-star Catherine Zeta-Jones, who plays Morticia Addams, can earn up to $16,085 per episode. Jenna Ortega, Wednesday, can earn between $20,000 and $60,000 per episode. As Moosa’s star continues to rise, so too will his assets.
