Nathaniel Bassey was born in Lagos, Nigeria, on August 27, 1981, and he’s currently 43 years old. Despite his birthplace, Bassey takes his roots from Ikot Ofon Ikono, Uyo local government area in Akwa-Ibom state.
Bassey is the son of Mr. E. Joshua Bassey, who was a clergyman at the Apostolic Church Bashua Assembly. His mom, on the other hand, is not talked about much. Also, Bassey has a sister named Unwana Abigail Bassey.
In terms of education, Bassey completed his primary and secondary school education in his hometown. Thereafter, he pursued his tertiary education at the University of Lagos, graduating with a degree in international relations and politics.

Music Career
Nathan kickstarted his musical journey by singing in his local church choir. After a while, he joined the Rhodes Orchestra, where he played the trumpet for two years.
