Famous for being a movie actor and for mostly playing lover boy characters in the movies, Ray Emodi was born on the 4th of September 1990 in his home country, Nigeria.
Born and raised in Enugu, Enugu State, Emodi is originally a native of Anambra State—both states are states in South-Eastern Nigeria.
Son of Mr Okey Emodi and Mrs Joy Emodi, Ray grew up in a middle-class household. Mainly, his father was a medical doctor while his mother was a politician, who had represented the Anambra North Constituency of Anambra State at the time.
Having both his primary and secondary school education, and eventually, obtaining his First School Leaving Certificate and his West African Examination Certificate certifications, Ray Emodi had his higher education outside of Nigeria.
He moved to California upon obtaining his two basic certifications for his university education. In California, he attended the New York Film Academy where he obtained a degree/certification in Films.
